New home page to replace the current ISPWEB Astra-based homepage. Most content is preserved except for the News Section. RSS Feed scraper is added to News Section so it can automatically list out the lates QIDs.

Site navigation bar now sticky. 

New ISPWEB Logo for Dark Mode. Search bar move to top of header.

Removed Slider at the header and replaced with simpler, faster-loading elements which bears a resemblance to the old header. Divided to page into two main sections, the Profile/Statistics section, and the ISP Section.

The Statistics section no longer has the nested tabs configuration. All tabs are now visible due to nesting limitations. Additional Graphs now have a “Load Graph” button that loads Graph iframes on demand in order to improve page loading performance.

The ISP section now features a background image of the featured ISP commodity in order to provide a clear distinction of the two sections.

The left side of article now has a section for displaying categories and tags, the post author, and a dynamic outline of the post that highlights which section of the post that the user is currently in.
